In witness of their acceptance of the above terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement, the parties, by themselves or by their duly authorized representatives, have AGREED TO BE BOUND by all of the terms and conditions of this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT by pressing the "I ACCEPT" BUTTON at the bottom of this End User License Agreement. No further signature is required in order to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.
